By accessing or utilizing our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

By navigating through and using our platform, you consent to follow these Terms as well as applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these Terms, we ask that you stop using our platform or refrain from purchasing any products. - Availability of Products
The digital gift cards we offer are limited by availability. Prices may be subject to change without prior notice. - Pricing and Payment Information
Prices for products are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Full payment is required at the time of purchase via available payment methods on our site such as PayPal or Credit/Debit cards. We reserve the right to cancel orders if there are pricing errors or issues with payment processing. - Processing Orders and Delivery
All orders for digital gift cards will be processed within 48 hours. Once payment processing is complete, your purchased Product will be sent via email or made available in your account on the platform. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to external circumstances beyond our control like email failures or incorrect email addresses provided. - Refund Policy and Order Cancellation
Given that these are digital gift cards, we do not accept returns nor provide refunds once a Product has been delivered or a code has been redeemed. Should any issue arise with your gift card within seven days post-receipt, please reach out to us for assistance. If an error occurs on our part such as sending an incorrect code, please inform us immediately so we can issue a replacement. - Usage of Products
You agree to utilize Products according to the terms set forth by their respective providers (e.g., Amazon, Google Play). We bear no responsibility for complications arising from your use of gift cards including bans or fraudulent activities. - Account Security Responsibilities
It is your duty to protect your account information and password confidentiality; you’re responsible for all actions taken under your account name. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. - Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: Engage in illegal activities through website usage that could disrupt its functionality or affect other users’ experiences; partake in deceitful practices; abuse; or violate terms established by gift card providers. - Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from website usage related transactions and associated services. - Indemnification Clause
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from improper website use that contravenes these Terms including liabilities and associated costs (legal fees included).
